Als Ingmar und Lucie erz\u00e4hlten, dass sie mit Ihrer LucyBlue in die Karibik segeln wollen und f\u00fcr die Atlantik\u00fcberquerung noch eine zus\u00e4tzliche Hand ben\u00f6tigen, habe ich nicht lange gez\u00f6gert. Am 11.November bin ich dann nach La Palma geflogen. In den ersten Tagen haben wir das  Boot f\u00fcr den langen T\u00f6rn vorbereitet und Proviant eingekauft. Es blieb aber auch noch Zeit die Insel zu erkunden.  Am 19.November kam dann noch mein Segelkollege Claus dazu und dann ging es auch gleich los. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir hatten 6 Tage bis zu den Kapverden. Im Yachthafen in Mindelo war dann erst mal ein paar Tage Pause angesagt. Mit einem Mietwagen wurde die Insel Sao Vincente erkundet. Ein Highlight war unser Ausflug mit der F\u00e4hre nach Santo Antao &#8211; alles gr\u00fcn mit super Bergen, Schluchten und bizarrer K\u00fcste &#8211; jetzt weiss ich auch warum die Inselgruppe Kapverden heisst.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am 30.November hie\u00df es Leinen los in Richtung Karibik nach Barbados &#8211; 2060 sm hatten wir vor uns. Bei super Bedingungen mit einem konstanten Passatwind von 12-24kn ankerten wir schon nach 13 Tagen vor Speightstown  auf Barbados. Es lief optimal ohne Probleme und unsere LucyBlue hat tapfer durchgehalten.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Traum ist in Erf\u00fcllung gegangen. Ein tolles Erlebnis bei dem ich sehr viel gelernt habe. Es war aber auch sehr langwierig.
